Grand Opening of Central Integrated Primary School

24th Oct 2021

On the 15th October, we had the grand opening event for Central Integrated Primary School. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 restrictions, we had to scale back our celebrations and could not have as many guests as we wanted. However, as they say, the show must go on.

Despite restrictions, the day was a tremendous success. We welcomed Baroness May Blood and Carl Frampton MBE to open our school and new sensory room. The children also enjoyed meeting Carl Frampton as he visited each of the classrooms.

Our celebrations comprised of a wonderful assembly where our children performed songs, dances and readings, some of which you can view on this page. The day came to a close with ice-cream, Jump Jingle and Jive for KS1 and a very messy colour run for KS2.

Thank you to everyone who attended our special event and to those who have supported us on our journey to becoming Central Integrated Primary School.
