Taking advantage of the dry weather, we decided to head outside and investigation how measures related to 2D shapes. We looked at features of polygons and non-polygons and the measurements around the outline of the shape. Those measurements are called perimeters. We also found out that the perimeter of our playground is approximately 285 meters.
